Pasta with Bresse pepper

Artisanal pasta produced on the farm with Bresse peppers grown on the estate's land (no chemicals, our peppers are endemic to the territory, tough guys;). Our land is amended with insect droppings from farm breeding, so no chemical fertilizers here either!). Bag of 300g. Casarecce form. We are not a wheat producer but the wheat used in our pasta comes from a local organic mill using only French organic wheat.
