The Fine Picarde range was created by Julie and Stéphane, farmers and founders of SO CHiPS, to highlight their origins and the Picardy terroir through a transparent, sincere and ethical approach.
Made at the artisanal site of Longueil-Sainte-Marie in the heart of Picardy, a few steps from the potato fields, this crispy range is cut into thin slices: it is the French crisps par excellence with the Qualité Artisan label, of course! Besides, she wears the iconic sailor top wonderfully.
Made from potatoes from the farm and local agriculture, it is slowly cooked with its skin in a cauldron, and reveals the good authentic taste of the potato thanks to its unique and tailor-made recipes, expertly developed.
This lovely local range is prepared with high-quality French sunflower oil, to provide perfectly balanced crisps.
We measure the sea salt delicately, to allow the flavors to express themselves.
Ideal for your picnics or other snacks, large tables bringing together young and old, the fine Picardy is appreciated by all!
