Ulysse is a slightly sparkling raw and tonic cider. Clear and shiny in appearance, its color is orange-yellow. The nose is fruity. The first taste is tangy and fruity. The finish brings out a touch of bitterness, the whole is very fresh. PREPARATION: In compliance with the production rules of the IGP Cidre de Normandie. SPECIFICITY: Product from Organic Farming. Fermentation time in vats of 6 months. ALCOHOL LEVEL: 5% VOL TASTING ADVICE: Aperitif, tomato starter, seafood. CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: Between 10 and 12°C.
