Organic Calvados Apple Jelly - 310g

Our natural apple jellies are obtained by extracting the juice of our organic apples followed by simple cooking garnished with cinnamon powder or calvados depending on the pot. The pectin present in the fruits allows the gelling of the product. Agar-agar also reinforces the action of the pectin.
