La Flaguerie ice cider results from the concentration of apple must by cryogenics. The must thus concentrated ferments while retaining a high grammage of residual sugar. Amber in color, La Flaguerie ice cider is a concentrate of cooked apple aromas supported by the natural tannin of the fruit. It is eaten chilled (8 to 10 degrees) as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue cheese or a dessert.
