Concentrés sur l'utilisation et la valorisation de l'intégralité du fruit, nous avons décliné le caractère unique de notre citron de Novales sous de nouveaux formats: de la douceur équilibrée de nore confiture artisanale à l'avant-garde de nos citrons lyophilisés (en rondelles ou en poudre), parfaits pour la mixologie et la gourmet pâtisserie. Sans oublier notre exquise liqueur de citron.

Focused on using and repurposing the entire fruit, we have brought the character of our Novales lemon to new formats: from the balanced sweetness of our artisanal jam to the cutting edge of our freeze-dried slices and powder, perfect for cocktails and gourmet pastry.
