La Flor de Limón is a certified organic plantation of Novales lemon and citrus caviar.
Novales is a town in the north of Spain, specifically in Cantabria, where due to various conditions, specifically the location, the climate and most importantly the quality of the land, all citrus fruits are grown very well, especially lemons. The lemon grown in this area is a highly aromatic and tasty lemon, highly appreciated by cooks and pastry chefs.
Our plantation has a cultivation model based on the creation of our own ecosystem, syntropic agriculture, where little by little we are making changes and redirecting our efforts towards totally sustainable cultivation.
In addition to being producers, a year ago we have begun to develop a line of products derived from lemon, among them we have an exquisite and tasty Novales lemon jam and freeze-dried lemons, both sliced and powdered.
