The La Fraich' brewery begins its story in 2019! after a few amateur brews, followed by a work accident, a new path emerged; That of becoming a brewer! It quickly became a passion that I was looking for so much! The goal of La Fraich' is to make stylish beers, with character but accessible to novices and craft beer lovers alike.The La Fraich' range is made up of at least 6 (see 8) beers all year round (pils, session Ipa, pale ale, amber; Dipa amber) with 5 seasonal (white with raspberry puree, East Coast Dipa , spring summer) and autumn winter the amber with gingerbread (house) amber with Périgord honey, And the imperial stout, Amazout (collab), brown of 9°!
You will not find any artificial flavors, colors or anything unnatural in La Fraich' beers! The raspberry white is made from raspberry puree and nothing more, the honey amber is made with honey from beekeeper friends and which changes almost every year, and the gingerbread that I make myself, at home , and which infuses with the grain during mash! and also, locally roasted coffee for Amazout!
