Amazout

Amazout, a bold and refined imperial stout, reveals all its complexity in a single glass.  Brewed with care and passion, in collaboration with the Lapépie brewery.  During the mashing phase, a generous amount of cocoa is added, with rich, velvety notes that blend deliciously with the depth of the roasted malts.  Maturation in Jamaican rum barrels for 7 months reveals exotic aromas and woody nuances to Amazout.A majestic Imperial Stout that embodies the perfect alliance between power and finesse Amazout pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts, or as a digestive, a majestic conclusion to your meal.  Drink at 12°C or at room temperature.
