Apple and blackcurrant compote

The artisanal blackcurrant apple compote from La Fruitière de Colpo is made from selected ripe fruits.   It is made with as little sugar as possible in order to preserve the original taste of the fruits.    The apple is the fruit most consumed by the French, and yes!   It has a low calorie intake and contains antioxidants and fiber.    The blackcurrant berry weighs only a few grams and combines a low calorie intake and a high vitamin content.
