Blackcurrant syrup

An intense blackcurrant scent.   It is a sweet and tangy syrup.   It can be drunk with still or sparkling water, it will go wonderfully with white wine as an aperitif.   It can also be used as a topping on ice cream, in yogurt or with sorbets and fruit salads.    Blackcurrants have smooth, shiny skin, ranging from deep blue to licorice black, and cover juicy, tangy flesh.
