3 barrels of beer 30l - IPA To contain more hops than a traditional beer, IPA requires a special two-step manufacturing process.   First, hops are mixed with barley malt at the start of the manufacturing process, as with any beer.   An additional dose of hops is added after fermentation.    An alliance of malts which gives it cereal notes and a beautiful golden color combined with a combination of floral and spicy flavors offered by the alliance of French and American hops. . This beer has an ultra-developed aromatic and a frank and moderate bitterness, consensual but tasty, aromatic and fragrant. 🇲🇫All our beers are brewed with love and delicacy in Normandy.
