“"La Jovinienne" is an artisanal fruit and vegetable cannery located in Saint-Julien-du-Sault, in the Joigny region of Burgundy.
We work with local, organic producers to offer a range of jarred products that combine naturalness and simplicity, from the most traditional to the most original. We are committed to ensuring that 70% of the fruits and vegetables we use are produced within 70 kilometers of our workshop. Our production is artisanal and on a human scale.
To meet the ecological aspirations that have long driven us, we aim for the most limited environmental footprint possible, in terms of production, manufacturing and distribution of our products. For example, the energy we use comes from committed and 100% renewable suppliers.
We also want to be part of the economic and civic fabric, work towards economic relocation, and support the desire to eat better. We are therefore a partner of La Cagnole, the local currency of Yonne.
