Capricious Liqueur - CHESTNUT

A perfect blend of Berry and Corsican terroirs, the subtle and light nose is reminiscent of hazelnut milk. Boosted by milk and alcohol, the palate pulls towards finely vanilla chestnut cream. Less dense than classic alcoholic creams, it is soft and very tasty. Accompanied by ice cubes at the end of the meal, alone or with a dash of cognac or bourbon (1 dose for 5 of Capricieuse with chestnut). Possibility of incorporating it in the kitchen, to spice up a cheesecake or a tiramisu. Also available in an ice cream or a macaron. 17° – 50 cl. Store away from UV and heat. Contains chestnut flour and natural extracts.
