Capricious Liqueur - BLACKBERRY

Return to Berry land with the Mûre version. This Capricious version based on goat's milk brings us the touch of red fruits that the range was missing. On the nose, the expression of a gourmet fruit will surprise you and on the palate, the blackberry will bring a sensual side and an immediate pleasure. Can be used as a cocktail base: to make a revisited Kir Royal or a Mojito in a ripe version. Possible associations with violet or lavender or to decline in syrup. On the gastronomy side: To work on an emulsion starter, or for a dessert: as a coulis on a crumble, in a smoothie, yogurt or even in ice cream. 17° – 50 cl. Store away from UV and heat.
