Capricious Liqueur - APPLES

Go to Deauville Head for Normandy with the most “spiritual” of the range. The mixture of cow's milk and organic apple juice is completed by a blend of Calvados. The nose is fruity. and on the palate, apple and eau-de-vie intertwine with milk for a sweet and tangy sensation. The finish, long and fragrant, is reminiscent of tarte tatin. Accompanied by ice cubes. To be drunk as a digestif or in a Trou Normand, of course. Possibility of incorporating it in the kitchen, especially on desserts: Tiramisu with apple, soufflé, apples and flambé pancakes. Can finally be used as a cocktail base. 17° – 50 cl.
