The LA LUMINEUSE cannery offers a range of mousses, rillettes and terrines, which constitute a universe of spreads with fine flavors and
original, highly prized as an aperitif, while our range of soups sublimate the spirit of the sea.
At the cannery, everything is produced in the port, as close as possible to the sea. The cannery favors local fishing
as much as possible. Manufactured on site, at
end of the jetty of the port of La Cotinière, in a
workshop adjoining the Fisheries workshop, the products
are made without additives, coloring or
conservative. Pot, oven, sterilization benches,
the canning system is well established. All
is produced on the port.
