The "Conserverie d'Oléron" offers you a range of mousses, rillettes and terrines, which constitute a universe of spreads with fine and original flavors very popular as an aperitif, while our range of soups enhance the spirit of the open sea.
At the Conserverie, everything is produced in the port, closest to the sea. The cannery favors local fishing whenever possible. Made on site, at the end of the Cotinière port jetty, in a workshop next to the Pêcheries workshop, the products are made without additives, colourings or preservatives. Pot, oven, sterilization benches,
the canning system is well-oiled. Everything is produced at the port.
