Since 1946. Based in Quiberon, Yvonne and Raymond Audebert were daring confectioners.
They made not only the famous lollipops "Les Niniches" but also the delicious salted butter caramel "le Salidou", two specialties that are part of Breton culinary heritage.
Since then, three generations have succeeded one another in the workshop while maintaining traditional manufacturing processes. From the copper cauldrons and the craftsman's know-how, unique creations are born that renew the art of confectionery: old-fashioned lollipops, caramel cream, soft caramel candy, but also biscuits and salted butter caramel chocolates!
