Since 1946. Based in Quiberon, Yvonne and Raymond Audebert were daring confectioners. They not only made the famous "Les Niniches" lollipops but also the delicious salted butter caramel, two specialties that are part of Breton culinary heritage. Since that time, three generations have succeeded in the workshop while maintaining traditional manufacturing processes.
