Our most classic soy sauce made from organic soybeans and organic khorasan wheat, Guérande salt and pure spring water from the Mont Dore mountains. All of our shoyu are fermented naturally and non-pasteurized, leaving the complexity of delicate and refined aromas and flavors intact. Add a few drops before serving. Keep cool. All ingredients come from organic farmers. Non-GMO soy.
