Caramel - Elderflower

HASla Maison du Sureau, we are Breton by birth and heart! 

And we couldn't miss the caramel.   But as usual, we are not like everyone else! 

We have hidden elderflower in a caramel WITHOUT salted butter and WITHOUT SALT!   Outrage you say to me? 

No, a simple idea that can be done without salt, but not without butter!   This sweet caramel is a treat, accompanied by the subtle scent of elderflowers.   You have to taste it to understand!!
