Elderberry jelly - Apple with spices

Apple juice and elderberry juice mixed together work wonders accompanied by subtly dosed spices.This recipe was one of our first creations in 2009.This jelly is soft and not very sweet. The apple and elderberry are no less enhanced by the subtle aromas of spices: star anise, cinnamon and black pepper.   To taste : More treats in perspective in yogurt or fromage blanc.   And try it on “Melba” fruit and vanilla ice cream, on toasted brioche for breakfast, on pancakes or waffles.
