Wild blueberries are mixed with fair trade blond cane sugar. The preparation is cooked by hand, without the bell, for the lowest possible water content. Mixing is carried out at the end of cooking. Our jams are made without fruit pectin or other additives, for maximum fruit content. Stir before use, keep cool after opening.
