What is the Big Wave? As good Asturians, we are going to start by telling you what it is not. IT'S NOT A BORING MUESLI! (dry and full of poor quality hard raisins).
Ah okay! You will say, then it is a muesli with rich, crunchy and healthy things. Well yes more or less.
But beware, there are many granolas, most of them industrial, elaborate... well, "you already know daddy" (a hint, you'll have to look for the walnuts and almonds with a magnifying glass).
And then there is, of course, our La Newyorkina granola. Yes, we are very crazy (it must be the north wind), that we make our granolas with extra virgin olive oil, honey from Asturias, peanut butter and bake them with farm cocoa.
Yes and all different, what a rich mess.
