La Paganelle is a family-run, artisanal, and organic biscuit factory born in the heart of Aveyron. 
We created it with the desire to work differently: closer to nature, producers and people.
In our laboratory, we make cookies, shortbread and crackers with carefully selected organic ingredients, favoring short supply chains and direct links with producers as much as possible.
La Paganelle is a biscuit factory of choice, committed as much to the quality of its biscuits as to its desire to highlight the producers and the terroir that surrounds us.
