The Alemagna Alphabet is the first monograph dedicated to the author and illustrator Beatrice Alemagna. Divided into 22 entries, from A in "Animals" to T in "Theater" via I in "Identity", it guides readers through the artist's work, and sheds light on it thanks to a rich repertoire of often unpublished images and critical interventions by specialists in images and children's literature such as Martino Negri, Sophie Van der Linden, or Giovanna Zoboli. It accompanies the first retrospective exhibition on Beatrice Alemagna throughout September in Bordeaux as part of the Gribouillis festival.
