La Patelière's whole candied bigarreaux are sweet cherries that have been candied in a sugar syrup, giving them a melting texture and a pronounced fruity taste. Bigarreaux can be used in many dessert recipes, such as cakes, tarts, ice creams, crepes, pancakes, yogurts and fruit salads.  Delicious when combined with other ingredients, candied bigarreaux can also be enjoyed as is, or accompanied by cheese.
