The FABRE family has owned the Domaine Tour Saint Michel for 3 generations. In 2007, Mireille Fabre, wife of Porte, took over the estate on her own. Her daughter Magali joined her in 2018. In 2019, supported by the latter, Mireille made the decision to carry out a project she had had in mind for a few years: setting up a wine merchant structure.
La Petite Tour was born!
The range is, at first, composed of a Cairanne, a Ventoux and a Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The grapes have been selected from trusted winegrowers and are vinified in the estate's cellar. The same principles are followed: sorting is carried out in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed (entirely for Cairanne, partly for Ventoux). Rigorous monitoring is carried out: pumping over, punching down, temperature control with vatting for 15 to 20 days. The same care is therefore given to these two wines.
Cairanne is a gourmet wine that benefits from a beautiful structure and beautiful expressive aromas of fruit and liquorice. Ventoux is a pleasure wine on the fruit to drink in its youth.
