La Plante

La Plante is the natural emanation of the work carried out by Terre Exotique for 25 years to offer a large collection of organic berries, peppers and spices corresponding to a virtuous approach to consumption.
 At the origin of the adventure: an artisanal pepper plantation.                                        A product with premium organoleptic quality.                                        A strong and lasting partnership with producers.

Our spice blends are made and packaged in our workshop, in the heart of Touraine: we source whole spices from producers all over the world, which we work according to our wishes.                                        We sift them, grind them, roast them according to our needs, before assembling them.                                        Mastery of this work allows us to adapt our methods according to each product processed, to operate on small production batches with spices from the year's harvest, which guarantees us to preserve all their aromatic qualities.

The recipes are developed by us, with the support of epicurean friends (chefs, cheesemakers, winemakers, sommelier, etc.).                                        This constantly evolving range is regularly enriched through our discoveries in order to offer new flavors to the gourmets who follow us.
