For some years the name Mattia Premoli has become a point of reference in the international panorama of great leavened products, thanks to the almost scientific mastery that has led his artisanal Panettone and Colomba, classic and in various variations, to excel in prestigious competitions. In 2021, the awards came with the gold medal FIPGC best panettone in the world 2021, with the final of the Panettone World Championship 2021 and the third place at Artisti Del Panettone.
