MADRE is the new line of leavened products and biscuits by Mattia Premoli, pastry chef at Pasticceria La Primula in Trevilgio. For some years now, the name Mattia Premoli has become a reference in the international panorama of great leavened products, thanks to the almost scientific mastery that has led his Panettone and the artisan Colomba, classics and in various variations, to excel in prestigious competitions. In 2021, the awards came with the FIPGC gold medal for the best panettone in the world 2021, with the final of the Panettone World Championship 2021 and third place for Artisti Del Panettone.
