In this recipe, our sardines are delicately marinated in a mixture of white wine and fresh herbs, which enhances their natural taste and brings a touch of freshness to the recipe. This tin of sardines is illustrated by the Quiberon painter Yan, in homage to his friends with whom he used to remake the world over a glass of white wine at the bar of La Marine in Quiberon, a true institution of the Peninsula. Caught in season, our fresh sardines are carefully selected then prepared and canned by hand, thus perpetuating artisanal know-how, a guarantee of high quality. Easy to eat, our firm and tender sardines will be perfect on good bread, in salad or with rice or pasta.
