Sardines break stone

Ingredients: sardines, extra virgin olive oil, sea fries, pepper, carrot, salt. The stone breaker or criste-marine is a plant collected on the coast. It is eaten as a condiment, a practice that has continued to this day, although it is much less known than samphire.
