MARC DE LA ROYERE

Grape Marc AOP Luberon Production: Marc de La Royère is an eau-de-vie made from grape marc from the AOP Luberon appellation.   The marc is distilled in our Armagnacais still to obtain an alcohol comparable to that of Italian Grappa.     Tasting: To be enjoyed as a digestive at room temperature or slightly chilled, its primary aromas are fine and fruity. As a cocktail, the Pisco Sour recipe where our marc would replace the Pisco. Alcohol content: 45% vol. Capacity: 50cl
