Appellation: AOP Luberon Grape varieties: Syrah & Grenache Terroir: Parcels located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon to the south of Calavon. Mainly clay-limestone soils with some pebbles.     Vinification: Manual harvest, total destemming and traditional vinification in concrete vats.   Aging in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.     Tasting: Beautiful deep and brilliant garnet color. Nose of blackcurrant and raspberry, evolving into notes of spices and liquorice. On the palate, the attack is frank. The rich, melted tannins harmonize with aromas of ripe fruit and toast.   13.5% vol. In 3 words: Expressive, Fruity & Spicy
