Wine in the 3rd year of conversion to Organic Farming Appellation: AOP Luberon Grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache noir & Mourvèdre Terroir: Our most beautiful plots located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon below the village of Oppède-le-Vieux, in the Lones sector.   Vines over 30 years old for the Syrah and beautiful 60 year old vines for the Grenache. Low yields on clay-limestone soils with some pebbles. Vinification: Plot selection, and vinification in concrete vats.   Aging in new oak barrels of 300 and 500 liters only, for 24 months.     Tasting: Deep garnet color with ruby ​​red reflections. Complex woody nose, with notes of morello cherries and spices. In the mouth, the attack is frank and the wood marked. Powerful tannins, beautiful structure, with a balance between substance and aromas. Very good aging potential between 10 and 15 years. 15.5% vol. In 3 words: Intense, Woody & Spicy
