Wine in Organic Farming Appellation: IGP Vaucluse Grape varieties: 50% Carignan & 50% Mourvèdre Soil: Deep sandy-clay soil allowing controlled permanent grass cover on almost all rows. Vine around fifty years old, cut into a goblet, and located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon. Windy area which allows interesting concentrations and maturities to be reached. Vinification: Manual harvest, total destemming bringing suppleness and notes of red fruits. Traditional vinification in concrete vats with maceration of 3 weeks on average. No input added during vinification, only a slight correction in SO2 at the time of bottling to avoid any risk of deviation. Tasting: Gourmet, Easy to drink & Red fruits TAV: 13% vol.alc.
