LIQUEUR WINE

Wine from Organic Farming Grapes: Muscat Petits Grains Terroir: Plots located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon to the south of Calavon. Mainly clayey-sandy soils. Vinification: Late manual harvest in noble rot, then direct pressing. Must partially fermented at low temperature and added to alcohol. Tasting: Golden color with straw reflections. Rich and suave nose, intensely exotic, greedy with honey and pear. Generous on the palate, with sweet aromas of pineapple, lychee, honey and white peach. Surprisingly light and fruity finish. 14.5% vol.
