The Rusca? It is our professional family beekeeping operation created in 2016. We are located south of the Aisne, between Soissons and Château-Thierry in the village of Grand Rozoy. The farm is oriented towards the production of honeys, swarms of bees and products made from our honeys.
This location allows our bees to access several honey-producing contexts in a close area (forests, meadows, areas with high ecological potential, etc.). We pay particular attention to ensuring that our apiaries are set up in a good environment, a guarantee of tasty products, rich in aromas.
We thus produce a diversified range of honeys from our farm: honeys from spring, summer or forest flowers, mono-floral honeys from Linden, Acacia or Alfalfa...
Traceable products: our honeys comply with a specific traceability process which allows us to follow them from the hive...to the jar of honey!
Honey produced locally on our farm: our honeys are made by our own bees, in apiaries located less than an hour from our operating headquarters.
We attach great importance to the process of production, extraction, storage and packaging of our products: good, they must be able to meet your expectations, elegant, they must be able to contribute to embellishing your table!
