La Sablaise is a family story that we have been writing for over 30 years in Olonne sur Mer on the Atlantic coast. It all starts with our famous fish soup recipe concocted in the kitchens of our Sablais restaurant. Driven by success, our passion for regional traditions grew to give birth to our cannery. It is here that we produce a wide range of delicious seafood specialties! Fish soups, rillettes, fish fillets in olive oil, sauces, always with the same ambition: to rediscover as many people as possible the true taste of the sea. We offer you recipes from yesterday and today while respecting the traditional know-how of the canneries of yesteryear.
