Established since 2022 in the Municipality of Mandagout, at the entrance to the Cévennes National Park, La Safranière des Cévennes cultivates saffron using traditional ancestral and artisanal methods. Meticulous work that bears fruit since our rudder was classified in category 1* from the first year of installation, thus guaranteeing you a superior quality rudder.
In parallel with the cultivation of saffron, the planting of fruit bushes, the maintenance of old orchards and the collaboration with exceptional local farmers allow us today to offer you a range of 100% French saffron products, such as only compotes, jams, syrups and chutney, made from fruits and vegetables from our region: sweet onions, pippin apples, raspberries, strawberries, figs...
