PGI Protected Geographical Indication. - The vinegars are obtained using different musts: Trebbiano di Spagna, Trebbiano Montanaro, Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Ancellotta. - The vinegars are then aged in 20 to 60 liter barrels, made of different woods, based on the type of must. The acidity is 6%. - It is a "CHEMICAL FREE" ARTISAN Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI obtained WITHOUT: Caramel, Colorants, Gum Arabic, Artificial Flavoring Substances, Added Sulphites. - It is a perfect introduction to quality Balsamic Vinegar.
