Grower of Organic Aromatic Plants based in the south of France, at the foot of Pic Saint Loup north of Montpellier, I take care of my garrigue plants which smell of sunshine and Mediterranean flavors. Armed with my pruning shears, I harvest everything by hand before transforming my plants into products such as thyme, rosemary, lavender and verbena syrups in the workshop. The aim is to introduce new culinary combinations thanks to the sweet/salty sweetness of my syrups, less sweet, without added colorings or preservatives, made from infusions of my plants. The products most sought after by my customers? Thyme and Lavender syrups, enjoyed from aperitif to dessert, or simply as a gift that smells of the south of France!
