Mead is a fermented drink made from honey, and like wine there are a wide variety of them. With this Ballet Éphémère you will discover a raw sparkling mead, for a totally unique experience. The fine bubbles, as well as a certain acidity elegantly counterbalanced by the subtle aromas of rhododendron honey, will remind you of the best sparkling wines, and this bottle could be the ideal original alternative. It can therefore be consumed on any occasion, either alone or with an accompaniment. We can suggest oysters for example, as well as salmon tartare, refined poultry or dark chocolate. This bottle will benefit from aging for a few years, and will be enjoyed at a temperature of around 11°C.
