Secret de Naïades - Sweet mead (6 x 75 cl)

Mead is a fermented drink made from honey, and like wine there are a wide variety of them. With this Secret de Naïades you can discover a mellow mead, which enhances specially selected honeys such as lime blossom for example, for fruity and delicate notes balanced by a slight acidity. To accompany this mead we suggest foie gras, smoked salmon, Peking duck, cabécou or a spit cake for example. It will also be perfect as an aperitif. This bottle will benefit from aging for a few years, and will be enjoyed at a temperature of around 11°C.
