Tahitian vanilla from Tahaa, a superb and wild island in Polynesia, perfumes sweet oranges with an extraordinary taste. Stéphan Perotte, artisan jam maker, is a passionate man constantly searching for new recipes. Mastering traditional know-how and cooking science, he searches for fruits, spices, aromatic plants, little-known or rare in order to revive their authentic flavors. He opened his jam-making business in Vaudelnay and continued his success over the next two years: he is the only jam maker in France to have won the Best Jam Maker in France Competition (2014) and the World Jam Championship (2015).
