La última Dehesa

La Última Dehesa carries out its activity in a unique place in the world: the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche Natural Park, a biosphere reserve. Based on the most archaic animal production techniques, animal husbandry linked to the resources produced by the land, respecting their habitat and above all respecting the state of animal welfare.

Natural food is based on the resources produced by the environment, and this is transmitted in being able to obtain at least a different raw material.

The freedom of these animals is transformed into well-being and the absence of stress, and in turn has a very direct influence on the quality of the meat. We respect the natural ecosystem by worrying about its conservation.

Hinojales is a very small and very hidden town in the Sierra de Huelva, to which the development of communication routes has not benefited it at all, but this disadvantage has favored its virginity.

Developing a project like La Ultima Dehesa in a place so far removed from today's world has not been easy, nor does it continue to be, but the satisfaction of having made a dream come true in a unique environment enhances us day by day.
