La Vallée Sucrée has been making its desserts by the little guys from the mountains in GENAT (09400) in ARIEGE since 2019.
We specialize in desserts in jars, allowing us to offer a so-called "last minute" dessert: crepes and cannelés.
The idea of preserving desserts in jars came to us when, having relatives or friends visit us in our mountain chalet, we wanted to enjoy a good dessert and it was too late to go back down to the valley before the bakeries closed.
We also make a range of soft caramels that don't stick to your teeth, in plain or salted butter and peanut flavours, as well as plain meringues, as white as the snow in our mountains.
Our recipes are free of coloring and preservatives.
