La Vallée Sucrée has been making its desserts by the little guys from the mountains in GENAT (09400) in ARIEGE since 2019.
We are specialized in desserts in jars allowing us to offer a dessert called "last minute" pancakes and cannelés.
The idea of desserts to keep in jars came to us when, receiving a visit from relatives or friends in our mountain chalet, we wanted to taste a good dessert and it was too late to go back down to the valley before the closing of pastries.
We also manufacture a range of soft caramels that do not stick to your teeth, plain flavor or salted butter and peanut flavor as well as plain meringues, white as the snow of our mountains.
Our recipes are colorless and preservative-free.
