Organic sesame oil 250ml

Our cold-pressed organic sesame oil from La Vida Verde Ölmanufaktur is made from unroasted sesame, is heat-stable and is therefore ideal for roasting, steaming and deep-frying. It has become indispensable in Asian cuisine. It goes well with vegetables, meat, fish, wok dishes and oriental dishes. Its composition consists of approx. 16% saturated fatty acids, approx. 41% monounsaturated fatty acids and approx. 43% polyunsaturated fatty acids.
