Organic white wine balsamic vinegar 250ml

La Vida Verde Organic White Wine Vinegar is made using traditional methods. This is real vinegar and not a vinegar preparation. Thanks to natural ripening, the use of preservatives is not necessary. We also deliberately avoid adding sugar. In terms of taste, it has a spicy sweetness with a straight acid structure. The smell is reminiscent of gooseberries and fresh lemon balm. It is ideal for dressings, bowls, cocktails and sauces. To combine, we recommend our linseed oil, poppy seed oil, sunflower oil or pumpkin seed oil.
