Organic blonde beer the mule fell from the sky

A special organic pale ale type blonde, with a fresh and fruity nose, a round attack then a light and supple body which reveals very present aromas of elderberry and lychee on the palate. 
It is 5%.   This Pale Ale displays a cloudy transparent straw yellow color topped with a fine, white foam.
 The deliciously fragrant nose takes us to citrus fruits and flowers (jasmine, elderberry) thanks to Citra and Cascade hops.
 The entry in the mouth is lively and sparkling, while the wheat provides a slightly creamy texture where we clearly perceive the floral and fruity touches. 
The mid-palate calls for bitterness while the finish closes the tasting with tasty notes of spices and coriander.   To be enjoyed at a temperature of 6°C as an accompaniment to seafood, cod in foil, leek fondue, fresh sheep's cheese.
