La Vinciane is the story of two local young people, Maxime and Robin, who wanted to put nature in a bottle. Back in our mountains in 2018 after several years away from them, our goal was to find this place that is so close to our hearts. But we also wanted to bring something that would highlight this terroir!
This is why we decided to create La Vinciane! Nestled between the Ubaye and Blanche valleys, overlooking the grandiose Serre-Ponçon lake, the village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts offered a perfect setting in which to set up our “kitchen”. In addition, La Vinciane is at the heart of an exceptional environment, naturally full of aromatic plants from which we can work.
