Located on the island of Ré in the craft village of the commune of Loix, the honey house of the Abeille de Ré is a place of delicacies, flavors and discoveries.
It materializes the passion of Aldo, son of a beekeeper, who takes care of his hives while trying to raise public awareness of the cause of bees. Attached to the Ile de Ré, he is keen to pass on his passion for his profession to new generations.
Our apiaries are located mainly on the Ile de Ré and in the region of Saint Jean d'Angély, in Charente-Maritime.
We harvest and produce 7 honeys with unique textures and flavors. We also offer our sweet and savory artisanal specialties for gourmets.
